| Non-refundable deposits |
will be taken at the time of booking. The cost of the first night or 25% of the total booking (whichever the greater) will be required. Payment of a deposit will confirm a booking and will constitute a contract between us. |
Cancellations
and
no-shows |
will be deemed to have broken that contract and we will reserve the right to charge up to and including 100% of the total booking cost, dependent on our ability to re-let the room.
